OneDrive Connector: Manage Microsoft Content More Easily
The OneDrive connector will make it easier to manage Microsoft files within Jatheon Cloud. You can
- Capture, retain, and retrieve files, documents, images, folders, and videos with full version history.
- Integrate OneDrive with Outlook and Teams, or capture files independently.
- Align retention and compliance with existing archives and policies.
Chat with Multiple Attachments and Social Media Messages
The new AI chat feature lets you interact with multiple file attachments and social media messages at once, giving you a smarter way to review and analyze content.
Instead of switching between different sources, you can ask questions directly in the chat and get context from all connected materials.
By clearing away the noise, searches become cleaner and the most relevant emails surface more easily during reviews or audits.
OOO Classification Tag: Filter Out Unimportant Emails
While it’s already possible to omit newsletters and bounced emails using Jatheon’s AI classifier, the new update automatically tags “out of office” (OOO) replies, helping you focus on what matters. This reduces clutter in search results and ensures that key emails surface faster during reviews or audits.
Work with Larger Data Sets
You can now handle bigger volumes of email more efficiently with an expanded limit, which means you’ll be able to:
- tag up to 5,000 emails in the Advanced Search
- export up to 1,000 emails at once
The result: bulk reviews and audits are faster and simpler since there’s no need for multi-step exports.
Stay Flexible with Out Connectors
Once you choose which data connector to capture, you can decide if you want to keep the data in the Jatheon Cloud archive or simply capture the data but ship it to a third-party archive of your choice. This gives you greater flexibility to meet compliance requirements while maintaining control over where your data is stored.
Use Jatheon Cloud in French
We also introduced French language support to make the platform more accessible to global teams and multilingual organizations. Users can now work in their preferred language, leading to smoother adoption and broader usability across diverse workplaces.
