Here’s a closer look at what’s new:
Conversation Threading (Email Threads)
We understand the importance of context in email communications. With our new Email Threading feature, you can now view the entire email thread through a simple link in any single email that’s part of a thread. This makes it easier to follow the conversation and ensures that no crucial information is missed.
Highlighting
We’ve revamped the way highlighted terms are presented in your search results. Our new highlighting system is more intuitive, making it easier for you to spot the key terms and phrases in your archived data. This enhancement is designed to save you time and improve the accuracy of your searches.
Voice Messages for MS Teams
With the increasing use of Microsoft Teams for communication, we’ve added support for voice message archiving. This means you can now archive voice messages from MS Teams, ensuring that all forms of communication are captured and stored securely for compliance and retrieval.
Automatic Audio Transcription
To complement our new voice message archiving feature, we’ve introduced automatic audio transcription. This converts voice messages into text automatically, making it easier to search and review voice communications. This feature is especially useful for compliance audits and ediscovery.
To activate audio transcription, you will need to contact Jatheon Support. Once it’s turned on, audio transcription will be applied to all your voice files, regardless of the source (Zoom, Teams, Voice Call, WhatsApp audio messages, or even audio email attachments).
Search Mode
We’ve added a new option to choose specific search modes for different types of communications. Now, you can select from Email, SMS, or WhatsApp search modes to adapt the search criteria according to the content type.
