There’s no question 2020 is unlike any time we’ve experienced before. As the COVID-19 pandemic keeps testing us in unimaginable ways, we are all forced to adjust our schedules, lifestyles and habits and move our work online.
But as much as this is a tumultuous time, it’s also a time of unity and solidarity. We’re all going through it together, and on behalf of all Jatheon employees, our thoughts are with you.
I’m happy to say all our operations are unaffected and will continue without interruption. Our sales, customer success and tech support teams, as well as our partners, are working together to ensure that all our customers’ data is safe and secure. We are also fully prepared to respond to the needs of organizations looking to deploy archiving solutions quickly. For those in immediate need, we are offering considerable discounts and free migration of any legacy data.
We don’t expect any disruptions in the implementation or operation of any of our deployment models – on-premise, cloud or virtual. They have been designed with the highest level of redundancy from the supply chain to the operation.
