Upgrade to advanced archiving by moving to Jatheon Cloud

Like the cCore system, Jatheon Cloud uses an advanced search logic grounded in search blocks and containers, ensuring a seamless and familiar experience. Apart from the enhanced user interface which lets you construct complex searches more quickly and intuitively, we added more search criteria like fuzzy and proximity search, as well as OCR.

The new retention feature marks a significant advancement over the traditional rule-based system in Jatheon cCore. Instead of applying broad rules to emails, this innovative approach utilizes tags for marking. Tag-based retention simplifies the management of email lifecycles, enabling precise categorization and streamlined archiving process.

On Jatheon cCore, you can only export up to 5K emails into pst/eml files directly from search results. For larger volumes, you need to use the Export Task. On Jatheon Cloud, you can export your records at a single click of a button to PST, EML, PDF and HTML file formats.

As you migrate to the cloud, you’ll notice improvements in redaction processes, primarily due to a more advanced user interface and regular feature updates. We’re also exploring the application of AI for automatic redaction in records, including photos and attachments. This will let you identify and obscure sensitive data, like license plate numbers, in a more automated manner, with 99+% accuracy.

The Audit feature has been notably enhanced to improve collaboration among compliance officers, especially in the ediscovery processes. Compared to cCore, a wider range of actions are now recorded in the Audit log — 150+ actions like searches, deletions or exports are recorded.

Jatheon Cloud stands out with its advanced integration capabilities, offering seamless connectivity with a broader range of systems. The platform is designed to integrate efficiently with Google, Microsoft 365, Okta and other tools. The dashboard is refined, offering a better user experience, with enhanced data visualization.
