After 22 years in secure data archiving, Jatheon doesn’t just follow security standards — we operate with security as a fundamental mindset, embedded in every layer of the business. We undergo annual third-party audits and maintain SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR certifications.

Security is at the core of Jatheon’s platform, with rigorous protections from the ground up. AWS’s security protocols are applied to all customer data, with strict access controls, encrypted storage, and redundant systems in place. Multiple monitoring mechanisms ensure we can detect, assess, and address potential risks proactively.

Jatheon’s platform is built for organizations that rely on archived data for audits, searches, and regulatory proof. Because we process and store sensitive and PII data on our customers’ behalf, compliance isn’t a checkbox for us — it’s integrated across our technology and operations.

Jatheon Cloud is built natively on AWS and follows the AWS Well-Architected Framework to deliver secure, resilient, and high-integrity cloud archiving. Multi-layer redundancy is built-in with data stored on AWS S3 and Glacier. In 8 years, we’ve had zero recorded outages.

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of customer data. We process and store it strictly on their behalf, and in line with the applicable privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Jatheon doesn’t share customer data with external AI providers, and customer content is never used to train or fine-tune our AI models. All model development and testing is conducted exclusively using non-production test data.
